Pros

I don`t remember about any.

Cons

I don't know from where to start. The place was like a concentration camp, very abusive managers, micromanagement all the time, suddenly shows up trying to catch you doing ''something wrong'' Staff was being treated very badly, They are full of promises (education, car company, assistance, etc.)...you can forget about them, they won't pay you anything. high taxes of Turn over!! 100%, they don't keep with any maintenances guys, they are changed every 6 months. You will have very poor training, there is no communication, management will ignore you and point your mistakes all the time. It's a great place to work for those who want to feel miserable. You can be great, do your best and extinguishes all the fire in the company, but will be disposable after 6 months for sure. And when your contract it`s getting to be finish, they will try to make your life a hell trying to push you to resign and if you don't because I don`t quit, they will tell you absurd stuff trying to find silly stuff to don't renovate with you. TOXIC ENVIRONMENT, SELFISH OWNER, STAY AWAY

Pros

Twinlite offer a friendly and helpful work environment, I work in a role which interacts with many different departments within the company, while the work is always challenging there is a solutions based attitude towards problems and a general sense of pulling together in order to complete tasks. There is an open line of communication from the top down within the company making training and any necessary up skilling easy and pain free. Overall Twinlite is a great company to work for.

Cons

I cannot think of any.

Pros

Cannot think of any, I have only bad memories from this place. There were some good co-workers.

Cons

I don't know from where to start. The place was like a concentration camp, co-workers were hardly allowed to talk to each other. Staff was being treated very badly, turnover rate was 100% when I was there. They are full of promises (education assistance, quiz vouchers etc.)...you can forget about them, they won't pay you anything. You will have very poor training, there is no communication in the office, management will ignore you if you point to their mistakes or omissions. It's a great place to work for those who want to feel miserable.
