Mixed feelings - Teacher Two Counties Trust Employee Review

Management not quite effective at dealing with problematic behaviour in the short and long term, and not always supportive or transparent with the rest of staff. The head doesn't really even speak to some members of staff at all, and very high staff turnover. Wouldn't really recommend unless you are in a decent department and end up with manageable classes. Bit of a hit and miss.
