No support from leaders No induction Confusing comms Bosses that don’t provide one on one training Stressful Have to take sick leave to attend a Dr interview even when doing overtime unpaid every single week. No trust given and no accountability from leaders who made big mistakes. Bullied by a few key people who put you down often. Lack of comradery and lack of care for mental wellness for Managers. Judged by why other people say about you, not at all on your performance or anyone ever spending time instore with you. No accolades at all for great store performance. Drive you to insanity with stress and abuse then when you crack, no support, just criticism and discipline.
