- work can be sparse throughout the year - most of the jobs are word of mouth instead of posted online (managers will reach out to you with gigs) so you basically have to just wait for offers which can be weeks or months apartment. Staffing team definitely has favorites. - can spend lots of hours on your feet - some of the gigs can be disorganized or chaotic depending on the client
