I've been really impressed with how TFI has handled the pandemic. They were very intentional ( in so many ways ) to make all of us feel "essential and valued". Apart from the genuine care for their employees, the upper management is also very supportive and there is a great team of leaders with a focused approach to resolving problems. TFI CARES FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES !

I dedicated 6 years and 4 months of my career to Two Futures Inc., serving as a Branch Head Trainer, and those years were truly transformative for me both professionally and personally. What made my experience even more meaningful was being recognized as Employee of the Year twice—an honor that reflected not just my hard work, but also the company’s culture of appreciating dedication, consistency, and excellence. Two Futures Inc. trusted me to train, mentor, and shape teams while maintaining high standards in aesthetics, customer care, and professionalism. The work was challenging, fast-paced, and demanding at times—but it was also deeply fulfilling. I felt valued as a leader and supported in pushing for quality, innovation, and growth within my branch. The experience strengthened my confidence as a trainer, sharpened my leadership skills, and gave me a strong foundation in the aesthetic field.
