Pros
Management has stabilized the company and we are all now working in the same direction. We have great customers who are global leaders in their industry with much more opportunity in the near future. While we have struggled in the past those days seem to be behind us. The employees are excellent and sincerely believe in the corporate mission.
Cons
While no longer a start up we are still small so formal processes and resources can still be a challenge. If you move like to move slowly or prefer a lot of rigid process this might not the place for you.
