Working here gives people a lot of opportunity to gain exposure to media and agency world. Mark, the CEO, is actually an awesome dude to talk to outside of work.
Cons
Employees are severely underpaid with little to no support from management when it comes to questions. Effort is rarely seen or noticed and if you're not used to constantly adapting and learning to new systems, you'll get left behind in the dust. You can spend a year learning how to run a model only for it to become obsolete in a couple of months after mastering it. The egos of management can also be difficult to manage with little to no support from HR. I've actually never experienced a more cold and obvious "our loyalty is to our company only" HR department in my career. Career movement is also dependent on your manager and if you are siloed with the wrong manager, you'll find yourself stymied for any type of growth opportunity and then get blamed for not taking more control over your career. Working here after several years, I left feeling severely abused and even when I put in my two weeks, management did not reach out or acknowledge my email. They made it very clear that they did not value me as an employee.
