Pros
You won't find egos here. You will find bright and engaged bosses, interesting work, and great co-workers. I sound like an advertisement but it's all true. I genuinely enjoy my work. Benefits include a 401K match, quarterly bonuses, and flex time. The principals invest in their company by investing in employee development. At Two Octobers you will learn search marketing from skilled experts. Over the course of my career I have worked in digital agencies, products and freelancing. Two Octobers is the best, hands down. There has never been a day when I did not want to come to work (well, powder days, but that goes without saying).
Cons
I'm not a big fan of dogs in the office.
