      Pros

      I appreciate being in Big Sky, working as a part of a driven team and feeling like I'm solving problems for guests and owners. I'm proud to be apart of the Two Pines family.

      Cons

      Things can get stressful in high season, but it's a part of the job that I signed up for. We're always improving systems but when unexpected things go wrong, it can feel stressful for sure!

      fun crew on staff, ski pass, housing, room to grow if you are sticking around.

      No pros the company is unprofessional and unorganized

      Cons

      Treated employees with no respect, was constantly watched and they track where you are at all times, it's kind of creepy and like harassment, when you just want to do your job. The responsibilities were unrealistic and was unable to complete everything causing work to pile up and important things being overlooked, short staffed, low pay
