      8 hour shifts with paid 30 minute lunch break built in, plenty of paid holidays, the children are awesome, no overtime

      Cons

      Poor management, No room to move up, some coworkers avoid work and cause others to pick up the slack, no overtime

      working with my co-workers was a great experience for me especially working with young children.

      Not coming up with better strategies for children that struggle with separation anxiety or behavioral issues.
