- smartest bunch of people gathered under one roof - endless learning and opportunities to learn - everyone is very friendly and humble - feels more like a research institution than an investment manager most of the times - the work done here feels very cutting edge and very rewarding
Cons
- the problems worked on can be very challenging and open-ended . So it’s not for everyone.
