Pros
The CEO isn't in the office very often.
Cons
You'll receive little to no feedback on creative work. If you're new to the team you'll be isolated, regularly left out of briefings / meetings / presentations, etc. The hours are ridiculous because the creative team tends to only start caring about a pitch 1 - 2 days before it is due. If you work here you'll most likely be in the dark about clients, what work of yours was presented, and what your status is as an employee. If you want to have a life outside of working at this company, good luck. None of your creative directors care about you or your growth as a creative. You're a seat filler until you realize this is an awful place to work and leave. Also, they lose clients like crazy so don't expect any consistency with what you're working on. You'll have no relationship with the client anyway because you don't really matter.
