Pros
Good healthcare benefits, plus a lot of holidays and multiple ways of earning leave.
Cons
We lost telework in April 2025, and did not get it back despite HB 5196 passing. (Some employees get 1 day telework but not all). This has significantly reduced morale for not only me, but a large percentage of my coworkers. It feels like upper management only cares about how many projects they can say we're constructing, and does not care one bit about making life easier or work more enjoyable for people at the bottom.
