Pros

Retirement for previous plans, time off , vacation, growth only for younger people ( under 45) and who you know in management.

Cons

Top 5-6 people form a coterie, select district and other chiefs based on association or people that they know, rather than merit. Clear Discrimination against one metro against another from upper management which comes from one metro area
