Pros

Some friendly and knowledgeable colleagues

Cons

Boss is always fault finding and victim blaming. Very micromanaging and sometimes unable to tolerate. Does not respect staff boundaries. Expects staff to answer 24/7, weekend or public holiday as well. Even if staff has a personal family matter, they will insist on you to go to site on a weekend without thinking. no proper system and flow in the company which always screws up work. No real support from other departments with required, feels like I’m begging other department for help every time need to close project. Does not give any training at all and expects new staff to know what to do which make high turnover rate. Most staff don’t really stay for more than 6 months. Top management are all family members so no progression opportunities in the company at all. if there is a system and culture where senior staff can teach junior staff before fully using them will be better but not really any senior staff stay as most has left. Never felt appreciated during my time here.

Pros

Some colleagues are honestly the best I've worked with

Cons

Almost everyone knows "nothing" because nobody wants to take responsibility of anything CEO talk shhhh daily, got issues communicating properly, micro manage, like to play mind and word games, empty vessel with no substance Family grudges made worse because CEO is so so sooo immature Tells you OT is not required but reminds you bonus is performative based and we should "adopt responsibility work style by replying 24/7"

Pros

Good HR and SOME nice colleagues. That is all.

Cons

Childish CEO with HUGE ego, can't be receptive to feedback and takes everything as a personal attack to his petty character of a person Every individual department likes to cover their own backside and refuse to take responsibility for anything, especially making work flow so difficult Admins are pressured to do sales and when KPI isn't met, admins are blamed because you will not pass your probation if you're unwilling to do sales as an admin, or everything else outside of your job scope.
