This job started out great with a high level of engagement from senior management, regular training, and frequent collaborative sessions. Occasional free time for continued education or personal endeavors when not working directly with the customer or in a restricted area.

Senior level management claims to have never seen statement of work and unwilling or unable to provide it. Parent company took advantage of the poor management which led to employees fulfilling additional roles & duties out of scope for the employment agreements (call center, 24/7 duty phone, help desk, schedule & work location changes). Parent Company sent all of their employees' home during the pandemic due to base restrictions but required Tychon subs to come in and perform parent company's jobs due to them not being onsite. Tychon senior management (also remote) agreed to the change in scope and forced employees to man parent company's facility 24/7 as call center support in their absence.
