3yHello, so sorry to hear this is how you feel, from a business outlook perspective, it is awful to have to let people go and our qualified HR team managed the process fairly and generously, however, I can understand how it can hurt.
Although not ideal, these things happen in businesses well bigger than Tyk and smaller than Tyk, especially this year, and it shows the company is foreseeing future risks and planning.
As everyone in Tyk is very connected to the company and people, it is the job of the founders to relay a message of explaining future planning and not to dwell too long on negatives, we have to move forward which is what our founders are portraying.
I am not sure about the rest of you message as it appears to have a lot of hearsay and our engagement surveys show very high ratings, but again, I understand how this must feel and I wish you all the best!
