      Still a small company, easy to make connections with people, a bit of a struggle with culture but many good people

      Cons

      Fast growth led to at times bad management, lack of clear responsibilities, not setting clear goals and expectations.

      Pros

      They honestly care about not just the work but you as a person. You'll get work/life balance but also engaged and SUPER enthusiastic coworkers. I've learned a lot from the team and had the chance to create projects around the things I want to learn more about. I'm often asked what I'd like to do instead of told what I have to do.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any.
