Pros
Tymeshift has an excellent product with a bright future. Some of the technical challenges were quite interesting to solve since the product is tightly integrated with Zendesk platform and APIs, but the team has developer tailored procedures in place that keep everything running smoothly. The team is quite diverse, spread around several countries, but we were all in similar timezones so there are no late calls and syncs outside of working hours, and the general vibe is pretty relaxed, welcoming and everyone is incredibly nice. Company management are all down to earth and there is not a trace of micromanagement. As a developer you really own the features that you are building, starting from initial designs to the production release. All the best to @tymeshift! They are one of the best companies I've ever had a pleasure to work with in my 12 year long career.
