Pros
I have been with TypoDuctions for about a year, and I really like it. The management is quite empathetic and always has my back. The owners really care about the well-being of the company, and they recently have added tons of perks to employees, like monthly gifts and adjusted summer hours. They have begun a ton of Professional Development Days where staff gets to learn tools that will help us in our everyday jobs. In my experience, management has always gone to bat for me, but that is because I am always sure to have written proof that I have done all I could in a client escalation. I definitely feel like they always want to have my back in situations like this. My PTO is approved in a timely manner, and I have never felt pressure to work when I am out of office. I appreciate the speedy replies whenever I have a question, and even though we are all remote, I feel that upper management always makes us feel like we are one team.
Cons
Client-facing work always comes with challenges, but in my experience, none are the fault of TypoDuctions.
