Pros
Catering lunches, relaxed dress code, good pay, not a super restrictive culture, lots of room to grow, available owner, open to suggestions even have hired a outside company if you choose to keep your identity secure they won't let your identity be told. A very positive work environment probably the most positive work environment I ever had!
Cons
You have to be a absolute expert at doing whatever position you get. They announce fired people on the overhead its a nerve racking its pretty much everyday of the week. It keeps you motivated but nervous about job stability everyday. If you say anything negative out loud you will feel a shift in your status...like that was hard I can't wait for after work be very careful about what you say.
