The firm is very involved in charities, civic issues and gives back to the community. Robert Wislow, CEO, is personally dedicated to promoting up-and-coming artists and designers. He is an avid collector of modern art and mid-century furniture and the office is like a gallery!

Management didn't really have their finger on the pulse of what was going on with their operational and support staff and in my opinion, chose to insulate themselves from conflict issues.
