      A lot of work which keeps you busy and makes the day go by fast, Good Management in the OFFICE, great co workers (team players)

      Cons

      UNDERPAID EXTREMELY FOR THE WORK LOAD, NO room for growth, NO annual raises, They do not match in 401 K, Benefits could be better, a lot of drama with reporters, they pour more and more work but never give you a raise, awful holiday parties, cheap company overall for the massive amount of money they bring in.

      Pros

      The work environment is decent. PTO is good. Benefits are mid. Likes my team that was about it.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanaging and the rules don’t apply to everyone. Managers have double standards and no clear expectations. Little growth opportunity and they have favorites. Make sure to Negotiate pay, found out people starting after me with less experience made twice as much as me after I left. They love to kiss butt and get pats on the head so if that’s the culture you like, go for it!
