Pros
We roll hard, and keep the truck moving. Deliver on time, pickup on time, and keep the safety and log book correct at all times. US Xpress kept us rolling, were responsive to our special requests, had good equipment, and I would work for them again.
Cons
If you just want to "relax" and get paid for little work, look somewhere else, you don't belong in the trucking industry. If you like to roll hard, take care of yourself, your freight, your truck, and your CDL, then you will have no worries here. Other than that, I hope they have figured out a better way to allocate empty trailers.
