Pros
I was recruited by my buddy, who used to work there. Promised money were good. The benefits were promised were nice, and they got me a lot of stock. It is free drinks and beverages on site. They provide open P/O, and you can get all the tools you would like. The sport gym and some good restaurants were around. I was promised some telecommuting, but it never happened. Lot of parking area near company, there actually nothing good to say, and it is smells like dump in the mornings. I met some good people, but all of them ran away before I did.
Cons
Head over management, they trying micromanage all of your steps. HR gave all the strings to "ADP total sours" and they screwed up couple of month of my benefits. Not knowledgeable senior stuff that likes you to take the blame for there none advancements. They have no real product, all the lies to the customers. None of their product reliable, and they blame each other for that. Human Recourses does not care about people. Lot of whispers in a corners. Management running business like they were taught in a school, but not like it is in a real life. Everyone lies to everyone.
