Pros
It's a job, offers benefits, most co-workers are very friendly.
Cons
The owner lives in the building but doesn't handle anything job related. He has no clue what goes on there. The people in charge like to hire family members ALOT and that includes girlfriends of different supervisors sons, which do as they want and get promoted without qualifications and if they do anything wrong, they get chance after chance or get moved to different department but never fired. If you kiss...and act like you come from money...manager will treat you lots better than a hardworking person that doesn't dress name brand. I for one had a car accident on a Thursday on my way to work and was basically fired on Friday because I couldn't come in. Even though I sent pictures of car, hospital note and explained it takes me 3 hours by bus and I was in pain. I was told it wasn't her concern and no one told me to live so far. Never did she ask if I was ok. My car was totaled, and I lost my job next day. I worked there three years. They also gave lots of awards to one customer service rep for being the one who took the most calls....the manager didn't realize she would pretend not to hear them and hang up on them and pick the next call and so on to study for her classes while at work. She always laughed at how gullible management was.
