The work environment is toxic, characterized by team leads who frequently use unprofessional and derogatory language, which serves to demotivate the team. HR support is ineffective; instead of conducting impartial investigations into employee concerns, they tend to deflect blame onto the staff and are generally unresponsive to inquiries. Furthermore, there are significant issues with compensation, including arbitrary salary deductions and pay scales that do not align with employee education or qualifications. On an operational level, the training provided is inadequate. The induction process is rushed, and staff are expected to handle live calls immediately upon receiving their credentials. Most concerning is the standard practice of sharing login IDs, which creates a significant and unacceptable security risk for all involved.
