Furthermore, there are significant issues with compensation, including arbitrary salary deductions and pay scales that do not align with employee education or qualifications. On an operational level, the training provided is inadequate. The induction process is rushed, and staff are expected to handle live calls immediately upon receiving their credentials. Most concerning is the standard practice of sharing login IDs, which creates a significant and unacceptable security risk for all involved.
