      The brand is prestige, good to have it on CV

      Cons

      Management pretend to care but they don’t, and you can feel it. They only care if you are useful. Impossible, crazy guidelines., impossible difficult compliance and HR. Also a huge shift of culture, after the Sergio take over the merge, you can tell people don’t matter anymore. It’s about cutting cost

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
