Pros

Flexible work arrangement allows me to work from home a couple days per week which is really nice

Cons

UBS does not value IT staff like they used to. It was great in the beginning but over time IT became an 'expense' and has been downsized many times over the years. The bureaucracy enormous and unforgiving. Used to be a great place to advance your IT career, now all they seem to want is service providers.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
