Pros
UBS has a great network. It's all what you make of it. Culturally, the people are great. Overall people are motivated and team-oriented. Essentially, the people. Also, work life balance: roughly 24 vacation days + carry overs and personal days. Not crazy hours depending on what part of the bank you work in.
Cons
Budget cuts. Upward mobility for more junior employees. I think many people get frustrated as the firm seems to be penny wise....
