      Pros

      Salary is nice here, standard benefits system. Most people are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      There is a big mess in HR department. There is a constant improvment in place which makes is impossible to relay on something. Systems that are in use, Oracle programm - HRi is a joke. There is no development plan, no career path within teams. Trainings are only internal, provided by internal people.

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
