      Pros

      -You're given real work -You meet great people and participate in corporate events -You're given ample time to learn what you need to learn for the project

      Cons

      -Some miscommunication between HR and management about wanting interns. -It seemed random who was selected for full-time, some very hard working friends that completed great projects didn't get picked without really knowing why.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
