Pros
Great diversity at work , excellent colleagues and networking place. Great training. Good package and holidays. The best asset is the people and quality of employees. Very diverse and competent.
Cons
Burocrático place, slow process and very hierarchical. Very difficult to get promoted and sometimes too many processes and layers before the final decision in anything is taken .
