The company seems to be on the right direction strategy wise. focusing on their wealth management and limiting the investment banking unit. they bringing and promoting the right poeple

The company still have a lot of internal controls, especially in the Finance department. Furthermore, the company is not integrated well in regards to the services they provide to clients. each unit is working alone without proper communication and cooperation with other units ti achieve efficiency and better costumer service.
