Pros
Quite good general level of developers (at least on my taam). Modern front end technologies. Possibility to introduce onw ideas. Possibly to learn about banking.
Cons
All the time there is lack of business assumption during development process (to me this is plus because it forced me to contact directly with BAs and therefore I learned a lot how trading works, but I guess for most people this is cons)
