      Pros

      You can ask questions and people are glad to share. No stiff upper lips, a NO can go see an officer and get a problem solved. Great place to learn and grow. Lots of possiblitiy for advancement and taklng responsibility. Friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Seems to underpay the market. Management needs to address morale issues more, given the constant media reports on writedowns and losses.

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
