      Pros

      Organisation has mostly friendly people and has culture of internal mobility.

      Cons

      Strategic company goals are extremely slow to achieve. Terrible employee review and comp practices. No comp rebalancing if you are way off market benchmark. Spineless HR unfortunately adds to employee woes. Too much reliance on line management for employee careers.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
