Pros
Great atmosphere, relaxed but also very productive and has wonderful people. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, i found it both challenging and welcoming. The staff I worked with were patent, intelligent and so much fun. The firm engages it's self a lot of the community one of my favorite memories was visiting a secondary school and helping out with their sports day.
Cons
There's a large undervaluing of the individual, the firm could do more to value individual talents especially with young workers who could gain the most from having their talents nurtured.
