Pros

When you find one...let me know! They have a nice child care facility across the street.

Cons

The management is totally incompetent. I have never worked for an organization that has so much fat at the top that adds no value what-so-ever. Perhaps this is why the Bank lost $40B and counting..... UBS takes the term "Good Ole Boys" to a new level. If you are not part of the Sr Management dont plan on making any money, getting promoted, or enjoying any time off. You will be however asked to work endless hours wtih promises of recognition once things "get better". Talent is definately not managed from with in. I have seen many new layers of mamagement brought in from the outside, with little value added, while the same worker bees do all the work.

Pros

I learned a lot while interning here. The staff took time to get to know me. They each introduced me to different aspects of the business and their specific role,s which gave me great exposure to the business. They were flexible on hours and understanding when I had a family emergency in a way other employers have not been or did not need to.

Cons

Not a low-effort position, and could get overwhelming if you were not prepared.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
