good work life balance good team strong mid level management good benefits good work location management will back you up- but you need to follow the process
Cons
too much bureacracy at times under staffed for some areas some functional processes could be better streamlined too many ED and MD within some divisions. Too many hours spent on manual processes..need to update IT tools
