Pros

If you need to get a foot in the industry and get your licenses, this may be a good first step.

Cons

Depending on what team you get put on, who your manager is etc, you may have a different experience, but in general there is a crushing case load and high stress and low pay. No one can keep up with the volume of work, which causes tons of mistakes to clients and tons of complaints coming in your phone and inbox. You'll get yelled at daily, spend tons of time filing complaints, and there is no support to find answers. They promised a structured training class, but there was basically no training. There's an impossible maze of policies and procedures to navigate through, managers don't have answers to the complicated issues that come up all day, you're left for yourself trying skype co workers to find a half way right answer to anything. If you genuinely care about giving good service to clients, you will find this place absolutely frustrating.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
