Pros
I thought the working atmosphere was fast-paced and focused. The senior managers knew where they wanted to go and were willing to accept suggestions from employees on how to get there. I can see why banking and financial institutions back offices are run well to support the front office.
Cons
There were not that many downsides to working there that were not also present in any other company. It's important to show that you are competent at what you do and get the job done.
