      Pros

      Good pay, good raises and bonuses.

      Cons

      When they decide to have layoffs, they don't care what kind of reviews and job performance you had. You come into work one day and they are waiting for you on a conference call and you are treated like a criminal and walked out the door with no notice. Managers show extreme favoritism for certain people.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
