UBS considers Asia its primary focus, having been described as the Crown Jewel. Great place to work in. Has seen lot of aggressive hiring and expansion over the past one year.
Cons
Most of the money is generated is by its strong wealth management clients. Very bad structuring group. The models are very old dated and not in line with industry.
