Clear benefits (parental leave is longer than in most companies), part time work also possible, large company, hence finding some great people from various background definitely a plus
Cons
- people being drained and often not supported enough - investment in people development/learning/training very poor or no budget for it - power kept among minority in highest positions - human needs neglected - senior leadership disconnected from teams and unapproachable
