Pros

Good benefits and good pay. The position I was in would have been great if I was planning on trying to become a trader. They also send you to New York for training.

Cons

Very, very long hours. High turn over and not much room for growth. At least not on the team I was on. Our management team also had a significant amount of turnover, which caused a lot of confusion as to who we should be reporting to and who we ultimately answered to.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
