Full three stars for the talented and dedicated teammates I am honoured to lead.
Cons
Missing two stars for management that seems to prefer empty vessels and poor leadership. If a junior staff member risks their job to speak up about their displeasure with their lead, listen to them. Also, a highly effective function needs both people leaders and technical leaders and fewer talkers if they are bad at both.
