      Pros

      I think they want it to be a good place to work or at least want others to think it is. Seems like optics are very very important.

      Cons

      My thoughts - it isn’t a good place to work. Good culture starts from the top, and the top, in my opinion, is toxic with odd priorities, expectations, and communication.

      They have fun events for us

      Cons

      Immature owners and management that literally talk bad about employees to other employees. The place is chaos with no processes and procedures.
