      --Many professional development training opportunities, courses and certifications through Staff Professional Development. --Great array of social service resources, campus wide --Conscientious staff --Family friendly --Unions are very supportive

      Cons

      --Management skills and people skills training lacking in employees & professors who have advanced to administrative managerial positions. --Certain departments have an old-school culture still. Not innovative.
