Pros
The hiring process was smooth and my supervisor has been extremely supportive of my personal learning goals. As an undergrad, this position has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the research process while applying skills relevant to my major (statistics). Based on what I've seen and heard, the pay is definitely on the higher end for a student position as well.
Cons
The work that I receive is not consistent. For example, I can be working on 3-4 projects simultaneously for certain months and waiting on my supervisor for a project to work on during others. Thus, I'd recommend this position more for the experience and connections gained.
